General conditions of use of the site and of the provided services

The user’s data collected via the site https://www.atlanstat.com (hereafter called “the Site”) such as the URL of the links through which the user has accessed the site of the company Atlanstat, the user’s access provider, the Internet protocol (IP) address of the user, the contact details and the name of the user etc, are intended to be processed by Atlanstat, the company responsible for processing, for the needs of navigation on the Site, for any information request, and if necessary for the delivery of certain services of Atlanstat. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of Atlanstat within the framework of the management of its relations with the clients and prospects.

The informations marked with an asterisk in the forms are required to process the users’ requests. If they are not filled in, a request cannot be taken into account.

The data are only communicated internally within Atlanstat to the customer service, the marketing/commerce and the communication departments.

The data are accessible to the subcontractors of Atlanstat (in particular for the purpose of hosting the website). The subcontractors act according to the instructions of Atlanstat and must implement appropriate protection measures for the personal data.

The personal data of the user will be kept for a maximum of :

For a period of 3 years from their collection if no contract is concluded;
If a contract or an order is concluded, for the entire contractual period, then kept in an intermediate archive for a period corresponding to the possible guarantee period plus the applicable legal prescription period (5 years in most cases).
For a period of 6 months from their implantation/creation in the case of cookies.

In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, the user has :

a right of access, rectification and transfer of the information concerning him/her;
a right of limitation, cancellation and opposition for legitimate reasons to the processing of their data;
the possibility of transmitting to Atlanstat instructions in order to organise the treatment of his data (conservation, deletion, communication to a third party, etc.) in case of death;

However, the user is warned that his opposition to the processing may, in practice and depending on the case, have an impact or make it impossible to take into account a request for information or to use the services offered on the Site.

The user also has the right to appeal to a national supervisory authority such as the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (French Data Protection Authority) in the event of a violation of the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data and in particular European Regulation No. 2016-679.
